Wow! Oakley is 7--he always has been and still is the absolutely greatest boy I know. Every year his cake choice is a challenge, and this year was no different: a snow leopard.

Here he is eating his chosen dinner: bacon, potato latkes and artichokes (what a combination).
He also had his last baseball game. He had a fun year and improved a lot.

Nice cake, Christanne. I actually think bacon, potato latkes and artichokes is not such a bad combination. I guess it's amazing he's eating any veggies.
Kids seem to like things that you think they wouldn't. Alden loves olives but not strawberries. And the other day I gave him some raw onion he was reaching for, and he wanted more!
